There are several different types of therapies that can help our well-being and enhance our physical health. There is a particular one called vibrational therapy that uses vibrations.

We are first going to discuss what this therapy is and then outline the benefits.
So what is vibrational therapy all about?
Vibrational therapy has been around for over a 100 years and is now widely accepted in the fields of sports medicine, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy for treatment of various illnesses, injuries and relaxation. Vibration was first used on astronauts in the Russian Space programme to increase their muscle strength and enhance their bone density while in space. For example, research conducted proves the following: 2 groups of astronauts were sent to space; one group tested with vibrational therapy and the other without. In conclusion, the group tested with vibrational therapy was able to stay in space for up to 420 days! On the other hand, the other group had to return from space after 120 days. The body naturally has a positive response to the results of vibrational therapy!
