Can I Really “Self-Heal”

mrt. 11, 2015 by

heal“Your body has a built-in capacity to heal itself—a remarkable system of self-repair that goes on day in and day out—and improving its ability to heal iswithin your control.”   Dr. Fabrizio Mancini

Most of us are no strangers to health problems, illness, or pain, but most of us wish we were. And most of us would love a new lease on life with the ability to live disease-free, have more energy, and enjoy greater well-being.

Is that possible, though? Is it too late to even try?
Yes, it is possible . . . and it’s not too late.
But don’t bother looking for answers in the rapidly changing and unfriendly “sick care” environment. They’re not there. Most people, however, don’t fully grasp that the body has this incredible ability to heal itself, largely because traditional medicine has done little to maximize this potential, instead emphasizing that health comes from the outside in and not from the inside out. Did you know, for example, that many illnesses may eventually heal on their own? It’s true!

There is a well-worn cliché that says: “If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.” Well, that’s true—for everyone. If you’re not taking care of yourself, this may impact the way in which you perform in your career. If you’re not feeling well, maybe you don’t feel like doing anything with your spouse or partner. Self-healing occurs when the physical, emotional, and spiritual are aligned.

Physical Self-Healing. Unleashing your body’s self-healing abilities starts with good nutrition and supplementation, physical activity, and positive lifestyle changes. I’ll empower you to make the necessary changes to support your body’s inherent healing abilities.

Emotional Self-Healing. Negative thoughts and feelings can cause pain and illnesses that clear rapidly when you change those thoughts. The benefits enjoyed from emotional self-healing may include the following: relief from stress, deep relaxation, healing energy flow, increased and focused energy level, prevention of injury, relief from sore and aching muscles and joints, and enhanced confidence and well-being.

Spiritual Self-Healing. The majority us have a fixed idea that health is mostly physical and, to an extent, emotional, but good health encompasses more than that. It is also intensely spiritual, and I believe we are all spiritual beings.
