  • Your insulin levels and sensitivity
  • Digestive enzymes and gut bacteria
  • Natural thermogenesis of certain foods

 

Along with sufficient sleep, exercise, nutrition, and hydration; keeping a conscious mind of your inner body can determine how your metabolism is like.
